Scott brings a rare perspective to commercial lending, having spent the first nine years of his career as a bank regulator before transitioning into commercial lending three decades ago. Today, he focuses on local commercial and investment real estate, guided by a straightforward philosophy: be honest, treat customers with respect, and find solutions that fit. That approach has helped him build lasting relationships with business owners and investors throughout the area. Scott has lived locally since 1970, attended Center Grove from first grade through graduation, and has been actively engaged in the community ever since. He currently serves as President of the Board of Aviation Commissioners for the Indy South Greenwood Airport and as Treasurer for the Indiana Elementary Football Association, following 20 years on the Center Grove Bantam Football League board, five years with Girls Inc. of Johnson County, various United Way committees, and coaching roles across nearly every youth sports league in the area.
